It weighs approximately 16g.The manufacturer's mark is an early one, so the production date is believed to be before the 1970s.A similar model of brooch is featured in Bohlin's catalog, which states it is from the 1940s-1950s, making it quite old and likely difficult to find the same one; it is probably a rare item with only a few existing in Japan.As this is an antique item, there is no damage, but there is a slight bend in the pin and a subtle distortion in the horseshoe part on either side.
